Barista

• Beverage Preparation: Expertly crafting espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, taking orders accurately (including specific preferences for dairy/blends), and managing transactions via POS systems.
• Equipment Operation: Operating, cleaning, and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, reporting any malfunctions.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including tables, counters, and utensils.
• Inventory & Stock: Restocking supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, cups, and pastries, and assisting with inventory counts.
• Upselling: Promoting specialty items, food products, and merchandise.
