Barista

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to become part of our growing team. The right candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating great guest experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, provide menu information, answer inquiries, and process orders and payments efficiently.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, including grinding beans, brewing, and adding garnishes as needed.
• Assist with food preparation, packaging, and presentation for takeaway or dine-in service.
• Promote and sell coffee blends, teas, and brewing accessories while educating customers about preparation methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and equipment; follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
• Restock inventory, update displays, and ensure products are attractively presented.
• Support service staff by taking orders, delivering items, and resetting tables as needed.
• Answer phone calls courteously and in line with company service standards.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, assisting co-workers whenever necessary.
• Participate in staff training sessions and apply new knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Report any customer concerns promptly to the supervisor and assist in resolving them professionally.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by the shift leader or supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
• Punctual, dependable, and cooperative team player.
• Flexible and willing to work across different outlets or at events when needed.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.

Note: Barista experience is an advantage. Candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa, or with their own visa are preferred. Must be available for a paid trial and able to join immediately.
