Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Lahore. The Barista will craft and serve high-quality beverages, maintain consistently high standards in food preparation, and ensure that all customer interactions are welcoming and positive. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workspace, efficiently handling orders and payments, and contributing to a pleasant environment for all customers. Collaboration with team members to provide excellent service is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Barista and Food Preparation skills, with knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and quality standards.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and interact positively with team members and customers.
• Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail during high-volume operations.
• Willingness to adhere to quality, health, and safety standards in all aspects of food and beverage preparation and workplace maintenance.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not required.
