Barista Helper

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the barista in preparing coffee and beverages.
• Support in operating coffee machines and grinders (basic handling).
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee counter, equipment, and work area.
• Wash utensils, cups, and other tools.
• Refill ingredients such as coffee beans, milk, sugar, syrups, etc.
• Assist in receiving and organizing stock.
• Ensure proper hygiene and food safety standards.
• Provide basic customer service and support when required.
• Help in opening and closing duties of the café.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee types and beverage preparation.
• Familiarity with espresso machine (basic understanding preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat and well-groomed personality.
• Prior café or restaurant experience will be an advantage.

Timing: Rotational Shift
Reports To: Senior Barista / Store Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs28,000.00 per month
