BAM Coffee is growing and currently hiring 2 baristas to join our team!

We’re filling these roles as our current baristas are relocating out of state due to a military transfer. We’re looking for dependable, high-energy individuals who are ready to step in and be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

This is not your average coffee job—mornings come early, the pace is fast, and the energy is high.

What You’ll Do:

• Craft coffee, energy drinks, and specialty beverages quickly and consistently
• Provide fast, friendly customer service
• Work efficiently in a high-volume drive-thru
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow drink builds and recipes accurately
• Support your team and keep a positive attitude

• Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate drawer

Requirements (Please Read Carefully):

• Must be available weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Must be available for early morning shifts (as early as 5:00 AM)
• Reliable and punctual (early shifts are critical)
• Strong work ethic and team mindset
• Comfortable handling cash, counting money accurately, and balancing a drawer
• Must enjoy working with people and in a fast-paced environment

Pay starts at $13.00 + tips

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Experience:

• Barista: 1 year (Preferred)
• Food service: 1 year (Preferred)
