Dunkin' is looking for a Barista to prepare and serve coffee, tea and other refreshments to our customers in a fast-paced way. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our coffee options, making fresh and fresh-to-go coffee drinks, as well as making fresh baked goods like cookies, cakes and pastries. Ultimately, you will ensure an excellent guest experience and will be able to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy products, etc.)
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food according to customers’ requests
• Receive and process payments (cash & credit cards)
• Keep the bar area clean
• Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Communicate customer feedback with care

Skills

• Previous work experience as a Barista preferred (may be substituted with a different skill)
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends days evenings (may be substituted with a different skill)
• Availability to work various shifts including weekends days/evenings/weekends (may be substituted with a different skill)
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
