Barista

As a Barista, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while creating and serving high-quality coffee and espresso beverages. You will ensure the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality while maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere in our coffee shop.

Responsibilities :-

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring all customer requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to customer preferences and company standards. This includes operating espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.

- Take customer orders, prepare drinks, and serve food items with attention to detail and speed.

- Accurately process payments and handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Maintain proper cash register procedures.

- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including washing dishes, cleaning counters, wiping down equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the workspace.

- Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and ensuring all ingredients and equipment are well-maintained.

- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Communicate effectively with other baristas and staff to ensure the best customer service.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring that all items are prepared and served in compliance with health regulations.

Experience:

Previous UAE barista or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Skills:

- Able to operate coffee equipment and perform light cleaning duties.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods.

Team Player: Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
