Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will prepare high-quality beverages, maintain a clean workspace, and create a welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
• Take customer orders and handle cash/POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café area
• Restock ingredients and supplies when needed
• Follow health and safety standards
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not required)
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
• Friendly attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
