Barista / Waiter – Coffee Company (Arabic and English speaker) Males Only

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Baristas and Waiters to join our coffee company. The ideal candidate has experience in coffee preparation and serving, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Having knowledge and basic experience in the field of sales.
• Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Provide product knowledge and answer customer questions about the menu.
• Ensure a pleasant and professional customer experience at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Waiter preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.

المتطلبات:

• يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة كباريستا أو نادل.
• معرفة بأساليب إعداد القهوة
• مهارات تواصل وقدرة على التعامل مع الآخرين بشكل جيد.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الحركة.
• شخصية ودودة ومهنية ومركزة على خدمة العملاء

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
