Telesales Representative

Job Title: Telesales Executive (GPS Installation Company)Job Summary

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining GPS tracking and installation services, and closing sales over phone or online communication channels. The role focuses on promoting GPS solutions for vehicles, fleets, and personal tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads
  • Explain GPS tracking products (vehicle tracking, fleet management, asset tracking, etc.)
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable GPS solutions
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding installation, pricing, and features
  • Coordinate with technical/installation teams after closing deals
  • Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills

  • Good communication and persuasion skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Confidence in cold calling and lead conversion
  • Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of GPS tracking systems or automotive industry is an advantage
