We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agents – Abu Dhabi Specialists to join our expanding team and guide clients through the city’s most desirable communities and investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi’s top communities, new developments, and investment hotspots
• Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and tailored consultations
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties from leading Abu Dhabi developers
• Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
• Provide accurate insights on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
• Negotiate offers and close deals efficiently and professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes
• Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism and strong local market knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales is preferred; motivated newcomers are welcome
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi communities, lifestyle offerings, and investment potential
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships
