ABOUT THIS POSITION
Our Cashiers and Baristas connect with, laugh with, and uplift the lives of the customers we serve in a school environment. The work goes beyond running the register and handcrafting a perfectly made beverage; it’s about presenting the Genuine culture while providing great customer service.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Genuine quality customer service to all clientele by greeting, thanking, etc.
- Craft drinks to order with care and accuracy.
- Ring out guests as needed at the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
- Ensure food safety standards are being followed.
- Provide great customer service following Genuine standards.
- Maintain a clean working environment and help the team with any additional cleaning duties.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be flexible & team-oriented!
- 1 year of food or customer service experience/training in a mid-high volume food service facility or restaurant.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and level-headedness.
- Punctual and able to adhere to the time and attendance policy.
- Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Interest in and commitment to Genuine Foods’ mission to use food to help students enhance their minds, bodies, and happiness.
- Must be able to work in a school environment.
