Barista

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and equipment.
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Follow food handling safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing techniques and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills to assist customers efficiently.
• Attention to detail in both beverage preparation and maintaining cleanliness standards.
