Haraz Coffee House is Hoboken's newest and best coffee shops. We’re all about crafting exceptional coffee and creating a warm, welcoming space for our community. We specialize in high-quality Yemeni coffee and expertly made espresso drinks. Whether you’re an experienced barista or someone looking to refine your craft, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Craft espresso drinks and specialty coffee with attention to quality and detail
• Greet customers and creating a welcoming environment for every customer
• Steam milk to create smooth microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos
• Keep the bar area and shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Provide a friendly, welcoming experience for every guest
• Work with a team that’s passionate about coffee and great service
• Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Some barista experience preferred
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and creating a great customer experience
• Willingness to learn and improve (latte art, espresso dialing, etc.)
• Bonus: If you’ve worked with La Marzocco, Slayer, or other high-end espresso machines, we’d love to hear about it!

Pay: $15.92 - $17.00 per hour
