Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages to company standards
• Warm, plate, and present bakery items according to brand guidelines
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and seasonal offerings
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash/credit transactions using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas
• Restock cups, utensils, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup
• Collaborate with team members and support back-of-house operations when needed
• Provide friendly, efficient service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism

Qualifications:

• Previous barista, food service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for coffee, food, and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
