At Southwind Coffee, we’re passionate about serving fresh, delicious coffee quickly and with a smile. Our drive-through coffee hut is all about convenience, quality, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer on the go.

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Drive-Through Barista to join our team. In this role, you will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, take orders via the drive-through window, and ensure each customer receives fast and friendly service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously at the drive-through window.
• Take accurate customer orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards.
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-through hut and equipment.
• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a barista or in customer service preferred but not required.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate POS systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
