Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Baristato join our vibrant café team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with experience in food handling and retail operations. As a key member of our team, you will prepare beverages, serve customers, and ensure an exceptional experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other menu items with attention to quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for orders and payments
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Uphold health standards by adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation practices

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or background in coffee service preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and café operations
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in food preparation, serving, or retail sales is desirable
• A positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork orientation are essential for success in this role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $18.50 per hour
