Responsibilities

• Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and serving counters.
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, ensuring proper food handling, storage, and sanitation standards are upheld.
• Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall food service operations in the café environment.

Preferred Skills ( NOT required)

• Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles within cafés or retail settings.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport quickly.
• Effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
