Job Overview

ZH Cuisine Pvt Ltd (SALT) is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming café environment. Experience in the food & beverage industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks)
• Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
• Take customer orders and handle basic cashiering if required
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment
• Follow company recipes and SOPs
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or F&B industry
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Positive attitude and team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with espresso machines and latte art
• Understanding of different coffee beans and brewing methods
• Ability to handle rush hours efficiently
