Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Engage warmly with customers, taking orders and providing friendly, attentive service that exceeds expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including brewing stations and seating areas
• Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
• Restock supplies regularly to keep the station well-equipped for busy service times
• Operate cash registers accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and process payments securely
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events

Qualifications

• Passion for coffee, customer service, and creating positive experiences for guests
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• 1 -2 year of experience in coffee (required)

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
