About the Role

Our store operates in a high-traffic hospital setting, serving patients, visitors, and medical staff throughout the day. This role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. This is a Monday-Friday position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to standard
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting
• Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
