Job Description:

East Rock Coffee is looking for a dedicated and passionate full-time barista to join our team. We are focused on delivering high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in both.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to standard

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Maintain cleanliness and follow all health and safety guidelines

Handle opening and closing duties

Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

Previous barista experience preferred (but not required)

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Passion for coffee and hospitality

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Schedule: Full-time

Must be available weekends

Pay: Based on experience

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
