About the Role

Gabriella’s Modern Italian is a high-volume, upscale restaurant looking for a Barista / Espresso Team Member to support both the dining room and bar.

This role goes beyond coffee—you’ll be a key part of service, responsible for espresso production, dessert execution, and helping keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Make all espresso drinks (espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, americanos) quickly and consistently
• Prepare and batch espresso daily for our high-volume espresso martini program
• Plate and run desserts to guests
• Assist with running food from the kitchen when needed
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized station
• Polish silverware and glassware
• Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen as needed

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual

Experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person.
