Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks consistently
• Operate POS systems- Lighthouse
• Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly service and answering questions about menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
• Manage cash and credit card payments
• Assist in daily prep of syrups, juices, and ice

Skills

• Experience in the service industry, in any level
• Ready to learn a new POS system
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced café environment
