Job Description:
Besh Cafe is seeking skilled and passionate Baristas to join our team in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality beverages and excellent customer service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages to standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Handle orders efficiently and accurately
• Follow company standards and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Must be an Arabic speaker
• Minimum of 2 years of barista experience within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage presentation
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
