Barista

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cash or POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
• Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Design and create new dishes, drinks, and specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local produce.
• Oversee the prep (washing, chopping, marinating) and cooking of all menu items to high standards.
