- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash or POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Comply with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Design and create new dishes, drinks, and specials, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local produce.
- Oversee the prep (washing, chopping, marinating) and cooking of all menu items to high standards.
