Barista – Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and non-alcoholic beverages, in line with premium hospitality standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.

Provide personalized recommendations to guests and deliver an exceptional coffee experience.
Bar Operations

Set up, organize, and maintain the coffee station before, during, and after service.

Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and related supplies; assist with ordering and inventory control.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.

Minimize waste and follow proper portion control procedures.
Guest Engagement & Upselling

Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Upsell premium beverages, pastries, and add-ons to enhance the guest experience.

Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and product knowledge.
Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.

Follow company policies and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Barista in a high-end café, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machines, and specialty beverages.

Experience in delivering high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Good communication skills; fluency in English required.
