The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food and

beverages.

- Perform daily operational tasks following the brand's established

standards. This includes requisitioning product orders, setting up

necessary products and equipment for service, and executing opening

and closing procedures.

- Ensure orderliness, tidiness, and smooth operations, and promptly notify

the manager of any observed discrepancies related to procedures, quality,

or standards.

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents positively, ensuring

guest satisfaction through high-quality service.

- Place orders for necessary items by coordinating directly or indirectly with

suppliers, following established guidelines and product -specific

requirements.

- Complete weekly inventory of bar utensils, including recording

wastage/breakage, and communicate findings to the manager. Monitor par

and stock levels and maintain accurate log sheets (fridge and chiller

temperature, vegetable sanitation, etc.).


EDUCATION High school degree.

EXPERIENCE Zero to two years of experience in F&B Operations, or a similar role.
