Barista

Job Summary:

A barista's primary duties include preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages, operating espresso machines, and providing excellent customer service. They are responsible for taking orders, managing payments, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace, following health regulations, and managing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Expertly preparing coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to recipes.
• Customer Service: Greeting customers, answering menu questions, making recommendations, and handling complaints efficiently.
• Equipment Operation: Operating, cleaning, and performing daily maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
• Order Processing: Taking detailed orders (including dietary restrictions) and handling cash/credit payments using a POS system.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Sanitizing workstations, cleaning seating areas, and adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Stocking workstations with coffee beans, milk, cups, and food items like pastries and snacks.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Should be Available In Qatar, with valid QID + NOC, Mandatory to change sponsorship.
• Prefer Afirica & Asian Nationality candidates
• Willing to join immediately / 1 month notice
• Minimum 1–3 years of proven work experience in a retail, café, or food service role is often required.
• Proficiency with coffee machinery and basic math skills for payments.
• A friendly, positive, and communicative personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
