Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages:
• Espresso
• Latte
• Cappuccino
• V60
• Cold beverages
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly
• Maintain consistency in coffee quality and presentation
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Handle cashiering and POS operations when needed
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support the team during busy service hours

Requirements

• Previous café or barista experience preferred
• Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
• Passion for coffee and hospitality
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English
• Arabic is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Latte art knowledge
• V60 brewing experience
• Understanding of coffee beans and grind calibration
• Customer engagement and upselling ability
