Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for delivering an elevated, hospitality-driven café experience within the luxury retail environment. This role blends high-quality beverage preparation with refined customer service to enhance the brand’s overall in-store journey. The Barista crafts premium coffees and specialty beverages to brand standards, maintains impeccable cleanliness, and engages guests with warmth, professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Understand customer preferences and tailor beverage suggestions to complement their tastes and elevate the overall store visit.

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, high-end café experience aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.

Follows strictly beverage recipes and serving procedures

Prepare and serve premium coffees, teas, and specialty beverages with consistent taste, presentation, and quality.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter, seating area, and equipment throughout the day.

Checks temperatures of freezers, refrigerators and heating equipment to ensure proper functioning at all times.

Receives all delivery stocks for Café daily

Manage inventory of coffee beans, tea blends, beverages, and café supplies; highlight replenishment needs.

Follows standards for merchandising, stock rotation and storing of all products while maintaining professional presentation at all times

Properly slices fruits and vegetables for use in food / beverage service

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards according to local regulations and brand policies.

Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup, cleaning, and end-of-day reporting

Receives and processes payments cash or credit card

Ensure 100% accuracy in cashiering and perform
end-of-shift cash reconciliation.

Report’s any maintenance needs and communicate customer feedback to the Store Manager
Job Requirements

3-4 years of experience
as a Barista in a premium environment.

Proven experience in specialty coffee preparation, latte art, and beverage crafting.

Familiarity with luxury brand culture and customer service standards.

Excellent communication skills and present ability

Proven experience with luxury cafes, boutique coffee houses, luxury retail stores with F&B concept.

Experience operating modern espresso machines, grinders, and brewing tools.
