Job Description:

An experienced and customer-focused Barista skilled in preparing high-quality specialty coffee and matcha beverages. Adept at maintaining consistency, speed, and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks
• Prepare matcha beverages using proper techniques (traditional and modern styles)
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Experience in matcha preparation and presentation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and passion for beverage quality
