Barista

Mantra is a Holistic wellbeing concept located in Alqoz that provides Padel, Tennis, Yoga, Reformer, and Indoor Cycling activities. In addition, we offer as well a space for remote workers and a food and beverage corner for snacks enthusiasts.

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for our new Barista.

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, hospitality, and delivering a high-quality customer experience while also supporting simple food preparation and counter service in a dynamic lifestyle-driven environment.

In this role you will be expected to:

• Prepare and assemble simple food items such as sandwiches, pastries, tartines, and counter offerings
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across both beverages and food
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of café equipment, prep areas, and service counters
• Support stock management, ingredient preparation, and daily operational tasks
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times
• Contribute to a welcoming, energetic atmosphere

As a candidate for this role you have:

• Previous barista experience as a must
• Good basic food preparation skills and kitchen prep tasks
• Strong multitasking ability in both beverage and food service
• Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive habits
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
