Job Title: Head Barista

Location:

• Initial paid training in Lebanon (1 month)
• Permanent role in Qatar with Aura Group – Em Sherif Deli

Job Description: We are seeking a Head Barista to join our team at Em Sherif Deli, part of Aura Group Qatar. The ideal candidate will lead the barista team, ensure high-quality beverage preparation, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Preferably Tunisian or Moroccan candidates
• Available to join immediately
• Willing to relocate for one month of paid training in Lebanon, followed by a move to Qatar
• Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operations
• Excellent communication and team management skills
