Job Description: Barista - Coffee Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista - Coffee Specialist to join our team and craft exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory and maintain sufficient stock of coffee supplies.
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista or in a related role.
• Expertise in coffee preparation techniques and use of equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
