Do you enjoy creating great guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and serving quality beverages and food? Lakeside Hotel Casino is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Barista to join our team.

As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee beverages and food items while providing great customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with guests, works well under pressure, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You'll Do

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to every guest.
• Take guest orders at the counter.
• Prepare coffee beverages and specialty drinks according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
• Recommend menu items and upsell featured products when appropriate.
• Operate the point-of-sale system, process payments, and accurately handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records for refunds, voids, and other transactions.
• Prepare and serve food items while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor product quality and freshness.
• Stock, replenish, and organize products and supplies.
• Wash equipment and dishes following food safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dependable with a strong attendance record.
• Previous experience in coffee shops, food service, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required.

Schedule Requirements: Lakeside Hotel Casino operates 24/7. Team members must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
