WE ARE HIRING – BOBA BARISTA/ CASHIER & FOOD STAFF

Location: 1004 Webster st, Oakland, CA 94607

Positions Available:

• Boba Tea Barista/ Cashier/Drink Ingredients Prep

• Kitchen staff/ Food prep

Work Schedule:

• Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00PM (Prioritized)

• Afternoon shift: 2:00PM - 6:00PM

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food and beverage service is required

• Hard-working and honest, with a strong sense of responsibility

• Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work well in a team

• Age requirement: 18 – 25 years old (boba barista), >20 years old (kitchen/food)

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

• Pay is negotiable based on experience

• Starting training wage: $17.50/hour

• Following a 2–4 week training period, compensation will be reviewed and adjusted based on performance and experience.

• Salary increases available based on performance and work quality

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with attention to recipe accuracy and presentation.

• Operate POS systems for orders, payments, and basic cash handling; assist customers with purchases and questions.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, equipment, and dining area; follow food safety practices.

• Refill supplies, manage stock levels, and assist in daily retail transactions to support cafe operations.

• Deliver friendly customer service, handle requests, and collaborate with team to ensure smooth service flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
