Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking, experienced barista to join our team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume coffee shop with a drive-thru. You must be able to move quickly, stay organized, and maintain quality under pressure.

Schedule

• Required: 4:30am–12pm opening shift (Saturday & Sunday)
• Additional shifts available throughout the week based on experience
• Must be available 30+ hours per week

What We Need

• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to multitask and stay focused during rushes
• Reliable and punctual (critical for opening shift)
• Able to work without constant supervision
• Positive attitude and strong customer interaction

Responsibilities

• Make and serve coffee and tea beverages to standard
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a busy environment
• Greet and connect with customers
• Keep workspace clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Support team and maintain workflow

Qualifications

• 1+ year barista experience (Required)
• High-volume or drive-thru experience preferred
• Comfortable working busy shifts
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused
• Detail-oriented and consistent
