Job Summary:
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages for customers and guests visiting the showroom or service center, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment that enhances the overall customer experience.

To be a successful Barista, you should have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Qualifications, Certifications & Experience (Mandatory & Preferred):
Skilled with 4–6 years of barista or food & beverage experience (preferably in hospitality or customer service roles)
Knowledge of coffee preparation and barista tools
Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages a plus)
Skills & Competencies (Technical, Behavioral, and Soft):
Technical Skills:
Coffee machine operation
Beverage preparation (espresso-based drinks)
Hygiene and safety practices
Basic inventory handling
Customer interaction etiquette
Behavioral Skills & Competencies:
Integrity & Safety – Demonstrates honesty, complies with safety rules and regulations, and respects organizational policies
