Description

We love our espresso business, we love serving guests, and we love having fun together. We are looking for people, great people , that are ready to treat guests and each other with respect and make each day at work fun. All Star Espresso is owned and operated by Maverick Gaming.

Pay Range: $17.13 + tips

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso drinks according to recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to create a welcoming environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.
• Utilize the POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and menu offerings.
  
  

Requirements

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in a fast-paced café or coffee stand preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and work well with others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
• A passion for coffee and commitment to quality.
