Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with skill and consistency.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing any questions or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including assembling snacks or light food items in accordance with health regulations.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or accuracy.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods.
