Job Description:
Tea Monks is looking for friendly, energetic baristas to join our team in a clean, welcoming environment!

About You

• Passionate about milk tea, boba, and quality customer service
• Positive, approachable, and a strong team player
• Reliable and available to work weekends and flexible shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends as needed)
• Previous customer service experience preferred; POS experience (Square, Clover etc.)
• Comfortable handling cash and following food safety guidelines

What You'll Do

• Prepare boba and brew tea to our quality standards
• Prep ingredients, stock supplies, and track inventory
• Keep the workspace clean and organized (dishes, sweeping, mopping)
• Support opening and closing duties as scheduled
• Other duties as needed based on shop requirements
