Barista - Chevre Coconut Grove

We are looking for Barista who is a coffee enthusiast with a flair for creating delightful experiences, passionate and energetic to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/serve a variety of coffee and other beverages.
• Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with beverages.
• Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.
• Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards.
• Answer guest's questions about the beverage offered.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive customer experience.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a barista role; minimum 1 year.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and machine operation.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to speak English proficiently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
