Position Title: Barista & Café Helper

Department: Operations

Location: Brewton Coffee – Five Star Roundabout, North Nazimabad, Karachi

Reports To: Café Supervisor / Store Manager

Salary: PKR 40,000 per month

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts of 10 Hours

Position Summary

The Barista & Café Helper is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, assisting with basic food preparation, maintaining café cleanliness, supporting daily operations, and delivering excellent customer service. This role combines front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities to ensure smooth café operations and an exceptional customer experience at Brewton Coffee.

Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/I.Com) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Previous café, restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
