Barista - Dubai Mall

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Barista / Non-Alcoholic Beverage Maker to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate has a passion for coffee, mocktails, and refreshing beverages, and enjoys delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, fresh juices, smoothies, and mocktails
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Create and follow standard recipes for non-alcoholic drinks
• Operate coffee machines, blenders, and beverage equipment safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and daily setup/closing

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or Beverage Maker in a restaurant or café preferred
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and non-alcoholic beverages (mocktails, juices, smoothies)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
