Role Overview
The Barista plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and light food items. They ensure consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency in daily café or restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, cappuccinos, lattes, and other hot/cold beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service, handling orders and payments professionally.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with Qatar’s food safety regulations.
- Assist with stock management, including ordering and replenishing coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Support upselling of menu items and café promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso, French press, pour-over, AeroPress).
- Ability to froth milk and create latte art.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Working Conditions

- Standing for extended periods.
