Barista (Female)

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café or outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation and presentation.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take accurate orders and handle cash/POS transactions properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and seating area.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Upsell products and promote current offers or seasonal items.
• Assist in receiving and storing supplies properly
