Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, present menus, and answer questions about food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate orders, noting preferences (e.g., coffee blends, milk options, sugar levels).
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items (coffee, tea, pastries, desserts) according to company recipes and standards.
- Process payments (cash and card) and handle transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and equipment; restock supplies as needed.
- Ensure brewing and serving equipment functions properly and report maintenance issues.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good cash-handling skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
