Barista in Training / Barista Barback - Union Coffee Bar Hourly Plus Tips

We’re hiring! Looking for the next addition to our Union family. We are looking for someone who:

- is available for Morning Shifts for Barista in Training (we also call Bar Back) - Wednesdays 7am-11am

-Must be okay with going to our storage room to grab supplies when needed in rain or shine, don’t worry we supply cute rain jackets!

Starting pay is minimum wage + $5 per hour in tips! NO previous barista experience required! If you meet all the requirements we’d love to start training you asap! Free drink on shift! Free Union clothing!

The goal would be to train you to be a barista, our last Barista-in-Training was promoted to a barista in 8 weeks! We also will slowly train you on how to be a barista so you get confident and comfortable as you grow!

Must be 18+ please to apply. We have fired bullies in the past (and they left us negative reviews on indeed), we will only hire baristas that care about their co-workers, the customers and the company. We want baristas that want to be here and want everyone they work with to succeed.
