Barista (Luxury Hospitality Industry)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join a prestigious luxury 5-star hotel and resort property. If you have a strong background in crafting premium coffee and delivering exceptional guest service in a high-end hospitality environment, this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages in line with luxury brand standards
• Create memorable guest experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of coffee stations and equipment
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control procedures
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Handle guest feedback professionally and efficiently
• Support smooth daily operations in coordination with the Food & Beverage team

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Barista within a luxury 5-star hotel or resort in the GCC
• Strong expertise in brewing methods, coffee beans, latte art, and beverage presentation
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality setting
• Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee craftsmanship
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
